Strategic Note:
Lift Metrics is my wholly owned agency, where I managed a diverse portfolio to battle-test these growth frameworks. I have recently pivoted the business from a traditional agency model to a Fractional CMO focus, allowing me to bring this executive leadership and proven infrastructure directly to select organizations.

The Challenge

As the agency founder, I needed to move beyond the traditional service model and build a scalable growth partner for the SaaS, Health Tech, and Real Estate sectors. We navigated dynamic markets, helping clients adapt strategies to global pandemics, supply chain swings, and interest rate uncertainty. In this environment, clients needed more than just "ads"—they needed efficiency they could bank on. My goal was to build a system that fused advanced data science with high-end creative strategy to lower CAC while scaling volume.

Strategic Action

  • Built AI-First Workflows: Engineered a predictive framework where AI processed market data to identify opportunities faster than human analysis. We moved from standard A/B testing to multi-variant modeling to find the winning creative angle sooner.
  • Directing Creative Strategy: While I managed the production teams executing the campaigns, I personally led the high-level strategy. I developed creative angles and "hooks" based on deep data insights, ensuring our content wasn't just polished, but commercially effective.
  • Productized Services: Developed proprietary growth products—specifically the Sales Accelerator Program and AI Accelerator—to standardize our delivery. This allowed my teams to focus on strategy rather than setup, drastically reducing client "ramp-up" time.

Key Results:

  • $1B+ CAD in top-line revenue generated for clients.
