The Challenge

Oura was preparing a major global rebrand while their existing campaigns were delivering strong results. The objective was to introduce the new identity and targeted ad campaigns for a seamless global roll-out without disrupting performance or revenue flow. Any delays or inconsistencies risked interrupting the momentum of our algorithmic ad campaigns.


Strategic Action

  • Seamless Global Rollout: Orchestrated a phased launch plan that followed global time zones. We updated assets market-by-market during their respective "off-hours" to ensure no disruption to active campaigns.
  • Modular Creative Delivery: Led the development of a modular creative system. This allowed us to inject the new high-end brand identity into our proven direct-response ad structures without losing the "hook" that drove conversions.
  • Real-Time Risk Monitoring: Set up a command center to monitor CPA and ROAS in real-time as the new brand went live. We were ready to revert or adjust within minutes if the new creative failed to convert.

  • Retail Expansion: The elevated brand strength was a key factor in securing Best Buy as a major retail partner.
