The Challenge
 

Warp Academy delivered top-tier Ableton training to a global audience of producers. The company has a large, highly engaged audience of learners on YouTube. The opportunity was to link this reach to membership sales by aligning marketing with seasonal peaks and learner behavior, transforming a content channel into a structured educational platform.


Strategic Action

  • LMS Architecture Rebuild: Worked closely with the internal team to rebuild the Learning Management System (LMS) from the ground up using Agile methodology. We strategically placed content gates at high-interest points where users naturally sought deeper knowledge.
  • Seasonal Revenue Sprints: Understanding the musicians' buying cycle, we moved away from constant low-level sales and focused on event-based sprints (e.g., Black Friday). We structured these with tiered offers that maximized Average Order Value (AOV).
  • Lifecycle Automation: Built automated email and ad flows that triggered based on learner behavior.

Key Results:

  • 4X ROAS on seasonal campaigns
  • 5X ROAS on automated retargeting flows.
  • Community Validation: Successfully increased Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) while maintaining a pristine reputation in the music community.
