The Challenge

Resonant Light is a 30-year leader in frequency products. The mandate was to pivot from trusted and loved hardware products to a connected wellness brand. We needed to modernize the product line to appeal to a tech-savvy generation while navigating the complex compliance landscape of internatonal markets.

Strategic Action

  • Hardware-to-Software Pivot: I led AGILE product management for the software division, transitioning the company from hardware to modern, connected touch-screen interfaces with a future-forward tech stack.
  • Directed Content Strategy: Because the tech is complex, I led the build of an automated "education-first" content funnels. We used data to identify customer confusion points, then produced clear content that guided them from curiosity to confidence.
  • Authority & Social Proof: Secured a partnership with Howie Mandel and launched Times Square display ads. This creative angle shifted the brand perception from "niche alternative tool" to "premium wellness leader."


Key Results:

  • 9X ROAS achieved on newly launched Meta Ads channel.
  • #1 Market Share secured in Google Ads position for key industry terms.
  • Digital Transformation: Successfully completed the company’s first digital interface product.
